Our policies contain a 14 day 'cooling off period' which means you can return
the policy within 14 days from the date you recieved the policy wording. You
will be entitled to a full refund of premium provided no claim has been made
and you have not travelled. The policy will be cancelled with effect from its
date of issue.
Should you for any reason decide that your Buddyindepth Travel or Equipment
Insurance Policy does not meet all your requirements, then please return all
documents to us within 14 days of the purchase or receipt of the policy
(whichever is the later).
